DAYTON, Ohio–Universal 1 Credit Union held a grand reopening of its corporate office, following a series of enhancements it said are designed to improve member experience, staff collaboration, and overall accessibility.
According to the $419.4-million Universal 1, the newly redesigned space reflects its deep-rooted history and long-standing commitment to the Dayton community. Notable improvements include a more open member lobby layout that creates a welcoming atmosphere and showcases the credit union’s legacy, the credit union said, adding the lobby now features historical displays honoring its decades of service.
Outside, a key update includes the relocation of the ATM to another area of the parking lot. This move allows for better traffic flow and provides improved access to handicap parking spaces, enhancing convenience and safety for all members.
