Ent Credit Union Wins 2026 Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Ent Credit Union, which is in the process of becoming Wings Credit Union, has been named a 2026 Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award (GEWA) winner for its commitment to employee engagement. The national award honors organizations that create workplaces where people feel supported, connected, and equipped to deliver strong results.

Even during a merger‑of‑equals, Gallup found that Ent continues to build a thriving, high‑performance culture. Employees report feeling valued, heard, and prepared to do their best work, reflecting a culture that stays steady and supportive during a dynamic time for the credit union, the CU said.

“As a financial cooperative, we exist to help our members improve their financial quality of life,” said Lori Benton, the credit union’s senior vice president of learning, culture, and engagement. “When employees are engaged and equipped to do their best work, they deliver the guidance and care our credit union is known for. This recognition reflects the culture we’ve built together and the way our teams continue to support each other and our communities during an exciting time of transition and growth.”

Gallup’s research shows that organizations that prioritize both people and performance build stronger long‑term outcomes. Its meta-analysis is the largest workplace study ever conducted, drawing on data from more than 3.3 million employees in 347 organizations across 53 industries and 90 countries. Highly engaged organizations consistently outperform peers in customer ratings, profitability, productivity, turnover, safety, absenteeism, quality, wellbeing, and organizational citizenship.
