MOBILE, Ala. — Keesler Federal Credit Union has signed on as the title sponsor of The Battleship a 12K race along the gulf coast.
The event will officially be known as the Keesler Federal Battleship 12K, “marking an exciting new chapter for the race known for its patriotic spirit and unforgettable course alongside the historic USS ALABAMA,” the organizations said.
“Our title sponsorship of the Mobile Battleship 12K is more than just a branding opportunity, it’s a reflection of our commitment to the communities we serve,” KFCIU President and CEO Andrew Swoger said in a statement. “Events like this bring people together, promote healthy lifestyles, and create meaningful local impact. We’re proud to stand alongside such an iconic event and continue investing in experiences that truly connect with our members.”
Signature Regional Event
According to organizers, since its inception, the Battleship 12K has grown into a signature regional event, drawing participants from across the Gulf South and beyond.
“The race experience combines scenic waterfront views with a powerful tribute to the men and women who have served our country,” organizers added.
