COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — Following a merger that crossed state lines, Colorado Springs-based Ent Credit Union has officially changed its name to Wings Credit Union.
The name change comes after the $9.8-billion, 560,000-member Ent Credit Union merged with the $9.7-billion, 371,000-member, Minnesota-based Wings Credit Union in 2025.
Ent has now using the Wings branding.

Colorado’s largest credit union, Ent was founded in 1957 and has 59 service centers across the Front Range. Wings Credit Union is Minnesota’s largest credit union, founded in 1938, has 27 branch locations in Minnesota, plus branches in Florida, Georgia, Michigan and Wisconsin.
‘Maintaining Our Roots’
The newly combined Wings Credit Union will be led by Ent President and CEO Chad Graves, with a Colorado state charter. The CU will maintain dual headquarters in Colorado Springs, Colo. and Apple Valley, Minnesota.
“With shared roots in aviation, the name Wings Credit Union celebrates our unique legacies and the positive impact ahead,” Frank Weidner, president and CEO of Wings Credit Union said in 2025. “The concepts of ‘Wings’ and flight also have strong connections to the ideas of upward movement, goals, aspirations and achievement. While our geographic footprint may be different, our values and culture are strongly aligned.”
