SHREVEPORT, La.–WESLA Federal Credit Union has introduced a newly designed website that features full ADA accessibility, mobile responsiveness, and an intuitive user experience that it said reflects its “mission to provide exceptional, ethical service to its members across Caddo and Bossier Parish.”
The website was created in partnership with OMNICOMMANDER. The $80-million WESLA was founded in 1971 to serve employees of Western Electric.
“Our members deserve the best, and that extends to their online experience,” CEO Teri Morrow said in a statement. “Partnering with OMNICOMMANDER gave us the tools and team to bring our vision to life. The new website truly reflects who we are—it’s modern, inclusive, and member-first.”
Additional Features
The credit union said the site includes enhanced navigation, clear access to services, and seamless usability across all devices. Designed with accessibility at its core, it complies with WCAG 2.2 standards, ensuring that all members, regardless of ability, can easily engage with their credit union online, WESLA FCU reported.
