COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.–Ent Credit Union is reporting its free, one-on-one financial coaching program saw record visibility during the spring.
The program is available virtually and at its 53 service centers across the state.

“Our coaching program is all about making financial topics easier to understand and apply,” Emma Protsik, supervisor of financial coaching, Ent Credit Union, said in a statement. “Whether you’re just getting started with budgeting, trying to improve your credit or planning for something big, our team is here to help. The guidance is free, totally confidential and built to meet you wherever you are in your financial journey—no judgment, just real-life solutions.”
The Skinny
According to Ent, during April alone it hosted 135 first-time coaching sessions—its highest monthly total to date—plus 40 follow-up sessions.
“That’s more than double the number of new coaching sessions held in January,” the credit union said. “In total, the program facilitated 205 coaching sessions in April, including 30 with GreenPath…”

As a partner of the Broncos Foundation, Ent also hosted a Broncos hat promotion that offered a limited-edition cap to anyone who completed a financial coaching session.
“The campaign was a big win, sparking strong interest and increasing engagement with Ent’s financial education programs among members and the community,” Ent stated.
The 2025 Totals
To date in 2025, Ent said its financial coaches have facilitated more than 770 sessions statewide. Budgeting remains the number one topic of interest among participants, with debt management, credit, saving and goal planning following closely behind, it added.
It noted that in the last week alone more than 20 of its employees have completed training to become Certified Credit Union Financial Counselors.
