LAKE MARY, Fla.— Addition Financial Credit Union has earned the Top Workplaces Award, presented by USA TODAY and Energage. The recognition is based on employee feedback and honors organizations with exceptional, people-first cultures.

Top Workplaces winners are recognized for their commitment to fostering a professional environment that values employee listening and engagement. The confidential survey conducted by Energage, the HR research and technology company behind the Top Workplaces program since 2006, determines the winners by soliciting authentic employee feedback.

The winners were showcased by USA TODAY online and at the National Awards Summit in Las Vegas earlier this year.
