SAN DIEGO– Wheelhouse Credit Union has promoted Becky Ramos-Arzola to vice president/chief administrative officer.
In this expanded leadership role, Ramos-Arzola will oversee Human Resources, Facilities, Learning & Development, and Risk & Compliance—ensuring seamless operations across these critical areas of the organization.
With more than 28 years of service at Wheelhouse and over three decades of human resources leadership experience, Ramos-Arzola has made a lasting impact through her values-driven commitment to employee development, organizational culture, and operational excellence, the credit union said, adding she brings deep expertise in regulatory compliance, workforce planning, and strategic leadership in the financial services industry.

In her new role, Ramos-Arzola will lead strategic initiatives that support Wheelhouse’s mission to positively impact the lives of its members, employee team, community, and planet.
Ramos-Arzola holds both the SHRM-SCP (Senior Certified Professional) designation from the Society for Human Resource Management and the SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute.
