Fittingly, One CU Launches Expanded Offerings to Medium, Large Businesses

MERRITT ISLAND, Fla. — Launch Credit Union said it is expanding its services and products tailored for medium to large-sized companies.

“Some credit unions lose business customers as businesses grow because they do not have the portfolio of products that these companies typically desire,” Aaron Winchester, Launch CU’s business development officer, said in a statement. “We are always adapting and striving to meet the needs of our business members as it pertains to financial products and services, and we take a customer–centric approach to fostering increased engagement.”

Winchester said one of the strengths of Launch CU’s offerings is that he and other LCU representatives will travel to businesses to meet with owners.

New Titanium Checking

Launch Credit Union said it introduced a new suite of products, including a Titanium Checking Account designed for businesses with higher balances. The account offers tiered dividends, certificate specials, and a sub-user debit card feature that allows multiple users secure access to the same account.

This level of in-person service is a differentiator for Launch,” Kelly Haskins, Launch CU’s VP of marketing, said in a statement. “It’s almost like a mobile service. We can do everything from start to finish, from opening business-checking accounts to finalizing lines of credit, making commercial loans, and discussing the business owner’s financial needs and goals, all at their location.”

Additional Enhancements

Launch CU is said it has also enhanced its fraud prevention and electronic payment capabilities with solutions that include Positive Pay, remote deposit capture, and ACH services.
