PHILADELPHIA–American Heritage Credit Union SVP-Marketing Adam Remshifski has been named to South Jersey Biz magazine’s “20 Under 40” list.
The annual recognition celebrates professionals making significant contributions to their industries and communities, and Adam’s selection underscores his strategic leadership and transformative influence on both American Heritage and the credit union movement nationwide, the credit union said.

“Under Remshifski’s leadership, American Heritage has celebrated major milestones, including surpassing $5 billion in assets and the successful implementation of new marketing strategies and technology,” AHCU stated. “His forward-thinking approach to marketing—blending innovation, data-driven strategy, and a deep commitment to community values—has played a pivotal role in the organization’s sustained growth and prominence in the financial sector.”
Among his notable achievements, Remshifski has overseen a 9.6% marketing conversion rate, maintained a Net Promoter Score of 85, and led the organization’s social media presence to be recognized among the Top 50 in the nation by The Financial Brand, according to AHCU.
Remshifski’s leadership philosophy—centered on empowerment, collaboration, and inclusion—has cultivated an environment where creativity and performance thrive. Beyond operational success, he remains committed to the credit union mission of “People Helping People,” advancing leadership across the industry. He frequently shares his expertise at national conferences and volunteers on America’s Credit Unions’ Marketing Council, the CU added.
“It’s an incredible honor to be recognized among such talented professionals in the region,” said Remshifski in a statement. “This award reflects the dedication of my team and the culture of excellence at American Heritage. I’m proud to contribute to an organization that makes a real difference in our members’ lives and to help elevate the credit union movement on a national scale.”
