Cassandra Rhodes Named Winner of CrossState CUA’s Ambassdor Contest

MECHANICSBURG, Penn.–Cassandra Rhodes, member service quality assurance specialist with Members 1st FCU, has been named the winner of the CrossState Credit Union Association’s CU Ambassador Contest.

 

Rhodes presented her project at the 2025 CrossState Connect Annual Convention in Bethlehem, Penn. 

“Reflecting on her experience working closely with our Customer Service team, she confronted a common challenge navigating many internal systems to assist members more efficiently,” the credit union said. “Her innovative solution focused on streamlining  system navigation, saving over 740 hours of search time over the past 10 months. This has allowed our Customer Service
team to serve more members and build deeper connections. Additionally, thanks to improved searchability of information and usability enhancements, calls to our contact center supervisors dropped by nearly 35%.”
