Catalyst Names Nathan Quade as VP-Sales

PLANO, Texas– Catalyst has announced that Nathan Quade has returned to the organization as vice president of sales, bringing decades of experience working alongside credit unions and community based financial institutions and a strong history with Catalyst.

Catalyst said Quade has built his career helping credit unions navigate growth, balance sheet strategy and evolving member needs. Based in North Texas, he has held senior sales and partnership leadership roles across the credit union and fintech landscape, with a consistent focus on building long-term, value-driven relationships.

Before joining Catalyst, Quade served in senior sales and lender partnership roles at LendKey Technologies, supporting credit unions, asset managers and community banks as they expanded loan acquisition and trading capabilities. Earlier in his career, he spent more than a decade in senior national sales and consulting roles with Catalyst, where he worked closely with executives, ALCOs and boards on implementing best practices for balance sheet optimization, liquidity and risk management strategies.

In his role, Quade will lead Catalyst’s sales efforts with a focus on strengthening member relationships, aligning solutions to credit union priorities and supporting sustainable growth across the organization.

“Catalyst has long been a trusted partner to credit unions, and that mission strongly aligns with how I’ve approached my career,” said Quade. “I’m excited to work alongside this team and to help credit unions find practical, thoughtful solutions that support their members and long-term success.”

Added Greg Moore, EVP of member relations, “Nathan understands the challenges credit unions face because he has spent his career working directly with them,” said Moore. “He brings a steady, relationship first mindset that reflects who we are at Catalyst, and we’re pleased to welcome him back to the team.”

Quade holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign. He also graduated from Western CUNA Management and CUNA Financial Management Schools.
