Columbine FCU Names Gennifer Garner as VP-Operations

CENTENNIAL, Colo. – Columbine Federal Credit Union has named Gennifer Garner as vice president-operations. In this role, Garner will lead the charge to streamlining internal processes, elevating member service, and driving operational excellence across all areas of the credit union, CFCU said.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Gennifer to our team,” said CEO Arick Williams in a statement. “Her deep understanding of member needs and her passion for the credit union movement and delivering exceptional service align perfectly with our mission to help our members reach their dreams and succeed.”

Prior to Columbine FCU, Garner built a distinguished 17-year career at Ent Credit Union. She rose the ranks from member service representative to area service manager, where she oversaw multiple service centers across the Denver Metro area – leading high-performance teams, optimizing branch operations and cultivating a strong, service-driven culture.

She was known for mentoring staff, exceeding performance goals, and championing the credit union movement both internally and within the community, the credit union said.

“It’s an honor to join a team where the culture isn’t just talked about – it’s lived,” Garner said in a statement. “At Columbine, we pride ourselves on giving a damn when others don’t, and that mindset shapes everything we do. Being part of an organization that leads with heart, puts people first, and shows up for its members in meaningful ways is truly inspiring.”
