OAK HARBOR, Ohio– Commodore Perry FCU has named a new president and CEO.
The $97-million CPFCU said it has selected Angela Finn to lead the organization.
Finn has been with the credit union since 2006, most recently serving as executive vice president and chief lending officer, and then serving as interim CEO.

“I’m honored to serve as president and CEO and continue building on the incredible work our team has done to serve our members and community,” Finn said in a statement on the credit union’s website. “Commodore Perry is more than a financial institution, it’s a place where people are treated with dignity, where trust is earned, and where financial challenges are met with real, human solutions.”
Educational Background
Finn holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Tiffin University and brings
“extensive experience in lending and operations, along with a long-standing passion for serving the financial needs of underserved communities,” the 6,600-member CU said.
“Throughout her career, Angela has championed the Credit Union’s mission of banking with dignity, leading efforts to expand access to inclusive, affordable financial solutions,” Commodore Perry FCU said in its statement. “Her work reflects a deep belief that everyone deserves respect, support, and the opportunity to build a better financial future.
Community Contributions
CPFCU said Finn serves on several local nonprofit boards and is widely recognized for her commitment to financial equity.
“Her innovative approach to lending has helped many individuals and families access fair, flexible options that meet them where they are, not where traditional financial institutions expect them to be,” the CU added.
