Envisant Partners With Members First Mortgage to Drive Relationships, Growth With Program

NAPERVILLE, Ill. –Envisant, a subsidiary of the Illinois Credit Union League, said it has entered into a new partnership with Member First Mortgage (MFM) that enables credit unions to “strengthen member relationships and drive long-term growth through” access to a comprehensive mortgage program.

Envisant said the collaboration provides credit unions with a competitive home financing solution without increasing staffing or taking on additional balance-sheet risk.

“Through flexible partnership models, credit unions can align mortgage offerings with their strategic goals while generating new non-interest revenue and improving member retention,” Envisant said.

The offering is being delivered through Member First Mortgage (MFM), a mortgage CUSO wholly owned by credit unions, that since 2001 has supported credit unions in providing reliable, member-focused mortgage financing, Envisant said.

What’s Included

“The program includes credit-union-branded technology and a secure partner portal that keeps the credit union at the center of the member experience—helping to streamline operations and support compliance confidence,” according to Envisant “Through MFM, credit unions can offer a full suite of mortgage solutions, including low-down-payment programs and construction-to-permanent financing, enabling them to serve members across every stage of homeownership with a seamless, digital-first experience.”
