DEPTFORD, N.J. –First Harvest Credit Union celebrated local healthcare workers during National Nurses Week and National Hospitals Week by delivering over 1,400 snack bags to eight Select Employer Groups (SEGs) and partnering healthcare facilities throughout Southern New Jersey. 

This initiative is part of the credit union’s broader 85th Anniversary community giveback campaign, designed to support local organizations, essential workers, and families in the communities First Harvest proudly serves, the credit union said.

Each snack bag, thoughtfully prepared by First Harvest employees, included a variety of treats and a handwritten thank-you card created by the children of staff members who participated in the organization’s Bring Your Child to Work Day. 

“These small heartfelt gestures served as tokens of appreciation for the dedication of healthcare workers across the region,” FHCU stated.
