DEARBORN, Mich. — Ford Motor Co. is now selling its certified pre-owned vehicles on Amazon Autos, allowing customers in select cities to shop, finance and schedule pickup for used Ford models entirely online
The company said the program launched with Ford Blue Advantage-certified vehicles available through Amazon Autos in Los Angeles, Seattle and Dallas. Additional markets will be added in the coming months.
Participation is voluntary, and more than 160 Ford dealers nationwide have expressed interest, according to a spokesperson, who added that some Michigan dealers have already begun the enrollment process, though there is no timeline yet for Detroit-area availability.
“As Amazon expands to additional markets, we expect to see more dealers show interest in the program,” the spokesperson said.

Ford said offering the initial shopping and financing steps online through Amazon Autos will reduce time spent at the dealership and allow staff to focus on the in-person experience.

Amazon Autos first launched in December 2024 with new Hyundai vehicles and now has participating dealers in more than 130 U.S. cities. In August 2025, Amazon expanded the platform to include used and certified pre-owned vehicles from multiple brands.
How It Works
According to the company, customers can visit Amazon’s dedicated storefront to browse Ford Blue Advantage certified vehicles from participating dealers within 75 miles of their home. Listings include price, vehicle history and specifications, allowing buyers to comparison shop on a computer or smartphone.
Once a buyer selects a vehicle, Ford said they may be able to secure financing, begin paperwork and schedule a pickup time at the dealership.
All vehicles offered through the program include a manufacturer-backed limited warranty and a money-back guarantee.
