Frankenmuth CU Adds 2 Upgraded Investment Options for Members

FRANKENMUTH, Mich.– Frankenmuth Credit Union is reporting two upgraded investment options for members.

The credit unions said it has updated its self-guided FCU Crypto Portal to become the InvestiFi Self-Directed Investment Portal, which will allow members to buy, sell, and hold stocks and exchange traded funds (ETFs) through the FCU Consumer App and Online Banking.

“The easy-to-use trading experience features comprehensive market data and charting tools, along with the ability to purchase fractional shares in amounts as low as $1,” the credit union said.

New Investment Portal

According to Frankenmuth Credit Union, the rollout of the new investment portal coincides with the launch of its new financial wellness tool powered by Pocketnest. 

“The Pocketnest financial wellness application inside FCU’s consumer online banking platform coaches members through 10 core themes of comprehensive financial planning in as little as three minutes per week,” FCU stated.

It added that features include budget tracking, planning for retirement, monitoring investments and insurance coverage, tax planning, and much more. Members can link their various financial accounts in Pocketnest to see their full financial picture in one convenient location – viewing their InvestiFi portfolio, savings and checking accounts, and lending balances in real-time, the credit union explained.
