EAU CLAIRE, Wis. – Royal Credit Union (Royal) has announced Gaozoua Xiong as Business Loan Representative Manager.
In this role, Xiong will lead the Business Loan Representative team, focusing on processes, compliance, and risk management. She will work closely with leadership to ensure business loan due diligence and documentation are carried out efficiently and accurately.
Xiong joined Royal in 2014 and has held several positions including Member Lending Specialist, Business Loan Representative, and most recently, Business Loan Representative Supervisor. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in sociology.
Xiong is looking forward to guiding her team toward greater efficiencies, optimizing operational processes, and enhancing the support offered both within the team and to Members.
