TAMPA, Fla. — GTE Financial said it will again sponsor the two-time national award-winning Family Motor Fest, now in its third year and bigger than ever.
The 2025 event will take place on Saturday, Nov. 22, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at The Motor Enclave, Tampa’s premier motorsports destination. Admission is free and open to the community.
Family Motor Fest is GTE Financial’s largest annual fundraiser, with all proceeds benefiting the GTE Scholarship Program, which has awarded more than $1 million in scholarships to local students over the past 12 years. Each year, this unique scholarship supports students who focus on giving back and community development.
“Receiving the GTE Financial Scholarship changed everything for me,” Lleyton Dayes, a GTE Scholarship recipient and University of Florida student, said in a statement. “It not only helped relieve the financial stress of college but also showed me that my community believes in my potential. Events like Family Motor Fest make those opportunities possible for students like me, and that support means more than words can say.”

The 2025 Family Motor Fest will showcase Florida’s finest cars, while also offering live entertainment, food and a wide range of family-friendly activities.
“At GTE, we are very excited to offer this event totally free to the public. We will also not charge a registration fee to those who wish to showcase their cars. This is a fun way we give back to Tampa Bay,” VP-Marketing Scott Works said in a statement.
Guests can enjoy the autocross thrill rides, where professional drivers deliver high-speed precision laps in performance vehicles; the Enclave Race Lab Challenge, a six-minute simulator competition where the fastest lap wins an Adrenaline Experience; and off-road thrill rides, putting guests in the passenger seat as professional drivers tackle dirt, rocks and steep terrain on The Motor Enclave’s exclusive off-road course, the credit union said.
The event also features a dedicated Family Zone, including a Jeep Rally, a Pinewood Derby car race and interactive games that create memorable experiences for all ages. With more than 6,000 show cars expected, this year’s event is set to be the biggest yet.
A limited VIP Experience is available for $200, which includes brunch, priority parking and exclusive access throughout the day.
“Family Motor Fest has become one of our most exciting traditions, and hosting it at The Motor Enclave takes the experience to a whole new level,” President and CEO Brian Best said in a statement. “It’s a day to celebrate cars, community and families across Tampa Bay, all while supporting the education of our future leaders.”
As a private venue not typically open to the public, The Motor Enclave offers a rare opportunity for car enthusiasts and families alike to experience a world-class motorsports facility at no cost during this GTE Financial event, the credit union said.
