LOWELL, Mass.–Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union, has named Brian Collins as SVP/COO and Kimberly Larsen as AVP-human resources.
Collins has more than 25 years of industry experience, with expertise in digital, payments, fintech and a commitment to driving innovation within the workplace and optimizing the member and customer experience.

Before joining Jeanne D’Arc, he held various senior leadership positions at Enterprise Bank & Trust co., including EVP/COO. During his time there, he was instrumental in growing the bank’s digital capabilities and business and consumer product offerings leading to extensive growth for the company.
Collins is an active member of the Greater Lowell community, serving on the Advisory Board for the Greater Lowell Salvation Army, where he is treasurer. He also enjoys volunteering his time as a coach for his town’s youth boys travel basketball program.
Collins earned his B.S. in Management from Suffolk University and his MBA in Strategy & Business Analysis from Boston University. He also completed the Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program. He lives in Dracut, MA with his wife and three sons.

Larsen has more than 20 years of progressive leadership experience in developing and leading HR strategies across talent management, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, and talent acquisition.
Before joining Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union, Larsen held various senior leadership positions, including Senior Human Resources Business Partner, Vice President, at Enterprise Bank & Trust Co.. In this new role, she will lead the Human Resources department with a team of four employees.
Larsen is a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) – Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and also affiliated with the Greater Merrimack Valley Human Resource Association (SHRM Local Chapter). She resides in Hudson, NH.
