MONROE, Mich.,—Lake Trust Credit Union has opened its newest relationship center in Monroe.
“Our new relationship center marks an important milestone for our organization as we expand our presence in Monroe to offer an enhanced experience for our members in the area,” said Michelle Kloack, AVP-member engagement. “We are eager to open our doors and offer meaningful support to both current and future members as they embark on their journey to achieving financial wellbeing, and we look forward to engaging with the greater Monroe community .”
The Monroe Relationship Center offers a welcoming space where current and future members can connect with Lake Trust team members to discuss their individual needs and receive personalized guidance to make progress toward their financial goals. Alongside these features, the Monroe location also includes a 24/7 ATM, night depository and coin machine as well as indoor video teller machines.
As part of the Monroe Relationship Center’s grand opening, Lake Trust will offer various promotions and giveaways to celebrate and support the local community, including:
- Get $10, Give $10 – Open a new account from November 24 through Dec. 13 to get $10 and give $10 back to the Monroe County Opportunity Program, a local nonprofit on a mission to reduce poverty, improve people’s quality of life, and promote self-sufficiency through community action.
- Daily Drawing – Visit the Monroe Relationship Center from Nov. 24 through Dec. 13 to enter the daily drawing. Lake Trust will give away a $25 gift card to a local business each day, and a grand prize of $300 to Aldi.

As part of its commitment to Monroe, Lake Trust will also host a community sock drive to help neighbors in need. Bring in new socks of any size from December 1 through December 13 to help make a warm difference this winter.
