Luminate Elects Its Board Officers for 2026

BATON ROUGE, La.—Luminate, the state association or credit unions in Louisiana, has named its new board officers following the first board meeting of 2026.

Tom Kuslikis, president and CEO of EFCU Financial in Baton Rouge, has been elected chair. Kuslikis joined EFCU Financial as their CEO in 2023 and brings a strong commitment to advancing the credit union movement and supporting Luminate’s mission across the state, according to the association.

Kuslikis succeeds Steve Webb, who is retiring from the role after eight years of service as chair. During his tenure, Webb provided steady leadership and guidance through significant growth and change for the organization. Luminate said it extends its sincere appreciation to Webb for his dedication, vision, and lasting contributions to the association and Louisiana’s credit union community.
