AUGUSTA, Maine–Maine State Credit Union is has named Rori Carver as VP-project management and business intelligence.

Carver has more than 20 years of leadership in project management, business intelligence, and technology, leading impactful initiatives in financial services, fintech, and healthcare, and founded a consulting firm that helps organizations enhance project delivery and adopt data-driven strategies, the credit union said.
“Rori possesses a unique blend of strategic vision, technical expertise, and a strong commitment to collaboration,” Chief Strategy Officer Shane Abbott said in a statement. “Her leadership will be crucial in developing our project management and business intelligence functions, aligning them with our long-term goals and improving the experience for our members.”

Carver holds both a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Husson University, along with certifications in Project Management Leadership, Business Analytics Leadership, PMP, CSM, and Six Sigma.
A native of Lincolnville, Maine, she is actively involved in community initiatives and enjoys fishing, hiking, and exploring the Midcoast with her daughter.
