FREDERICK, Md.—Maryland-based Nymeo Federal Credit Union said it has received regulatory approval from NCUA to expand its field of membership to serve individuals and families in additional counties across Maryland, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia.

The $409-million credit union currently serves Frederick and Montgomery counties in Maryland, and said in a statement the expansion builds upon the foundation it has built in providing a member-focused approach.
The new FOM includes individuals who live, work, worship, attend school, volunteer, or conduct regular business in Franklin County, Pennsylvania; Berkeley, Jefferson, and Morgan counties in West Virginia; and Washington, Carroll, and Howard counties in Maryland.

The credit union said new members will benefit from reliable solutions designed to support every stage of life and business. It said it also offers 85,000 surcharge free ATMs across the country.
