ROYAL OAK, Mich.–CUSG has named the first-place winners of the 2026 MemberXP Best of the Best Awards, which recognize credit unions that “deliver exceptional, measurable member experiences backed by real data and real results.
“Unlike traditional awards programs, the MemberXP Best of the Best Awards are grounded in direct member feedback,” said the company, which is a subsidiary of the Michigan Credit Union League. “The 2026 honors are based on analysis of more than 2.6 million data points representing experiences from over 8.6 million credit union members nationwide, collected through the MemberXP experience management platform. Performance is evaluated using two proven metrics, Net Promoter Score (NPS), and Member Effort Score (MES), with recognition reserved for the top 25% of performers in each experiential category. The highest-ranking credit union in each category earns first place distinction.”

“Best of the Best isn’t about perception, it’s about data,” said Patty Corkery, CUSG President and CEO. “These award-winning credit unions demonstrate what is possible when organizations truly listen to their members and act on insight. Their success shows that exceptional experiences don’t happen by chance, they’re built intentionally through data, discipline, and a deep commitment to member advocacy.”
