WICHITA, Kan. – – One of the best-known college football players in this state has entered into a deal with a credit union.

Meritrust Credit Union said it has entered into a name, image and likeness (NIL) agreement with Kansas State University quarterback Avery Johnson.
According to the credit union, the partnership will have a component focusing on financial well-being, leadership and community.
As the CU Daily reported here, the $2.14-billion Meritrust is in the process of merging with the Colorado-based, $1.78-billion Premier Members Credit Union.
