Nebraska CU League Names CEO to Succeed the Retiring Scott Sullivan

OMAHA, Neb.—The Nebraska Credit Union League has named a new president and CEO to succeed the retiring Scott Sullivan, who has been with the league for 36 years, the last 25 as CEO.

The league has selected Brandon Luetkenhaus to lead the organization.

Luetkenhaus began his career at the league in 2004 as the association’s director of government affairs and most recently served as chief advocacy officer.

“Over the past 20 years, it has been my privilege to advocate for Nebraska’s credit unions, and I am humbled by the board’s confidence in me to lead this organization into the future,” Luetkenhaus said in a statement.

Sullivan is Honored

The League recognized Sullivan with the Hal Allen Legislative Leadership Award during its Annual Meeting & Convention Awards Banquet in Omaha earlier this month. The award was introduced in 2010 and bears the name of its first recipient, Hal Allen.
