New CU DailyCast Features FTC, ‘Scam Squad’ Leader Discussing Successful Anti-Fraud Initiative

CLEVELAND–In observance of Fraud Awareness Month, a brand-new episode of the CU DailyCast With Walter Laskos explores the benefits resulting from a collaboration between the FTC’s Division of Consumer and Business Education and the Cuyahoga County (Ohio) Department of Consumer Affairs that has identified ways to fight the financial fraud that targets credit union members and consumers.

The new video includes an invitation to credit unions to consider a similar The video features Jennifer Leach, who heads the FTC;s Division of Consumer and Business Education, and Sheryl Harris, director of Cuyahoga County’s initiative, which includes the “Scam Squad.”
