PASADENA, Calif.–Pasadena Federal Credit Union (PFCU) has named Naomi Mead as its new vice president of Strategic Projects & Process Improvement. In this newly created role, Mead will lead enterprise-wide initiatives designed to enhance organizational effectiveness, optimize member experiences, and position PFCU for long-term growth in an evolving financial services landscape.

“Naomi’s leadership is exactly what PFCU needs as we continue to strengthen our operational foundation and expand the ways we serve our members. She brings the right balance of strategic vision and practical execution to this critical leadership role,” the credit union said. “Her proven ability to guide teams through complex change while keeping the member experience at the center is invaluable. At PFCU, we are deeply committed to building a culture of continuous improvement, and Naomi’s leadership will accelerate our ability to deliver meaningful solutions for our members and our community.”
Mead brings more than 30 years of leadership experience in credit unions, financial services, and technology. She most recently served as vice president, clients and relationships at Ultracs Corp, overseeing U.S. operations and global client partnerships, and previously led nationwide credit union relationships at Xpress Data Inc.
Earlier in her career, she held senior roles with Wescom Credit Union, Kinecta Federal Credit Union, FSSI, and Samaha & Associates, where she guided major system conversions and enterprise process improvements. Mead studied at California State University–Long Beach and holds the Certified Credit Union Executive (CCUE) designation, reflecting her commitment to advancing the credit union movement.
