OLYMPIA, Wash. — Peak Credit Union has selected Michelle Anderson to serve as its new chief growth officer. The search was handled by DDJ Myers, the well-known executive search and leadership development firm.

Anderson is an accomplished executive with over two decades of progressive leadership experience in the credit union and banking industry. Prior to joining Peak Credit Union, she served as Chief Lending Officer for Oregon State Credit Union. Throughout her career, she has also held various leadership positions at Redwood Credit Union, Chevron Federal Credit Union, Patelco Credit Union, Wells Fargo Bank and Wachovia.

Anderson earned her Master of Business Administration (MBA) from St. Mary’s College and her Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Berkeley. She also completed the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington in Seattle.

Outside of her career, Anderson is dedicated to community service. She has been active on several boards, including Girls on the Run of the Bay Area and the Assumption Foundation.
