TYSONS, Va.– PenFed (Pentagon Federal Credit Union) said it has partnered with RepairPal, an auto repair network for high-quality and fair-priced repairs, through which PenFed members can now schedule car repair appointments at trusted shops and “speak directly with expert advisors through the Car Genius hotline,” according to the organizations.
“PenFed members can take advantage of these services as part of their member benefits where they can easily find a RepairPal Certified shop and get help understanding their vehicle concerns,” PenFed said in a statement. “The partnership gives PenFed members dedicated access to RepairPal’s network of nearly 3,200 certified repair shops, each vetted for high-quality service, fair pricing, and customer satisfaction. Whether it’s routine maintenance or unexpected repairs, members can confidently book an appointment.”

In addition to appointment booking, members can call the Car Genius hotline to speak with experienced automotive professionals, the organizations said, adding that Car Genius advisors help members identify car issues, review estimates, and guide them on what to do next—before they visit the shop.”
