IRWINDALE, Calif.–Jennifer Oliver, CEO of Rize Credit Union, is the newest credit union leader to be featured as part of the CU Daily’s new video series, “The Daily Cast with Walter Laskos.”

Oliver was featured in earlier reporting in the CU Daily about the effort she has overseen to rebuild the culture at her credit union, which has involved doing some traditional things, as well as some non-traditional approaches, such as not getting the lending department involved in lending projects and having projects led by those who have no experience doing so.

And it has worked. 

In the new feature in the Daily Cast, Oliver elaborates on her experiences and approach to driving growth at the $1.23 billion credit union.
