Rock Valley CU Introduces Redesigned Website

LOVES PARK, Ill.–Rock Valley Credit Union has unveiled a redesigned website.

According to the Chartwell Agency, which oversaw the redesign, the primary goal of the website design was to create a modern, user-friendly online experience using features that include improved navigation, mobile optimization, and enhanced search engine optimization (SEO). 

“The mobile-first design ensures seamless browsing across all devices, providing users with consistent access to Rock Valley Credit Union’s services, products, and resources,” Chartwell Agency said in a statement.

The company said it has implemented a new content management system (CMS) and that the redesigned site is highly scalable, ensuring it can grow with the credit union’s future needs. 

Key Updates

According to the organizations, key updates include:

  • Clear calls to action
  • Simplified navigation
  • Integration with Rock Valley Credit Union’s online banking services and social media platforms,

In today’s fast paced world, creating a seamless and intuitive experience was a top priority—because no one wants to dig through endless pages to find what they need,” RVCU CEO Darlyne Keller said in a statement. “The team delivered a site that truly reflects who we are, and we’re proud to share it with both our members and future members.”

The $166-milion Rock Valley has approximately 15,500 members.
