EAU CLAIRE, Wis. – Royal Credit Union (Royal) said it successfully hosted its first-ever Diaper Drive throughout May, supporting Feed My People Food Bank, St. Croix Valley Food Bank, and the Diaper Bank of Minnesota.

Through the generosity of community members and team members, Royal said it collected more than 12,300 diapers, 170 packages of wipes, and raised over $3,900 to assist families in need.
“We are incredibly grateful for the outpouring of support for this year’s Diaper Drive,” Heidi Cornelius, community engagement coordinator at Royal, said in a statement. “At Royal, we are deeply committed to making a positive impact in the communities we serve, and we are honored to address this often-overlooked need.”
Royal locations accepted donations of disposable diapers and wipes, as well as monetary donations to assist the three non-profits in purchasing additional supplies. Every contribution will go toward supporting families in need of clean diapers across northwestern Wisconsin and the greater metro area in Minnesota, Royal added.
Royal plans to continue hosting its annual Diaper Drive each May, building on this year’s success to help even more families access essential diaper supplies.
