“Orange County teachers are tasked with the vital responsibility of guiding and nurturing our students through the most formative times of their lives,” said Stefan Bean, Ed.D., County Superintendent of Schools. “This year’s theme, ‘Lighting the Way,’ perfectly depicts what these educators do each day — illuminating paths to success that reflect each student’s unique passions. Whether it’s by sparking curiosity, building confidence or offering steady encouragement, great teachers help students unlock their full potential. Leading with purpose isn’t easy, but those who answer the call make a lasting difference.
