SPRINGFIELD, Ore.— Jessica Redman—vice president and cash management officer for SELCO Community Credit Union’s Commercial & Business Banking division—has been named one of five finalists for the Eugene Chamber of Commerce’s 2025 Women Business Leader Award.
The award recognizes women who have demonstrated leadership, innovation, and commitment to the local business community, according to the Eugene Chamber of Commerce. Redman joined Cassie Jones of Gleaves Swearingen, Heather Gabbert of Heritage Bank, Katie Brown of Sweet Cheeks Winery, and Pam Whyte of Emge & Whyte as finalists.
“It’s a tremendous honor to be included among such an inspiring group of women leaders,” said Redman in a statement. “I’m deeply grateful to the Eugene Chamber for this recognition, and I feel incredibly fortunate to be part of a SELCO team that offers the support and opportunity for me to grow personally and professionally.”

Redman was nominated as part of the Eugene Chamber’s Women Business Leaders Program, which aims to connect both existing and aspiring women leaders at a series of events held throughout the year. The purpose is to foster connection, collaboration, and support.
Redman has worked at SELCO since 2012, earning recognition in 2023 with a 20 Under 40 award, presented annually to 20 rising business stars in the Eugene-Springfield community. Recipients of the 20 Under 40 award are recognized for their commitment to career excellence and for positively impacting their community through innovation, creativity, and hard work, according to award organizers.
At SELCO, Redman is responsible for managing the cash management team while spearheading SELCO’s efforts to expand its customer base through targeted sales and marketing initiatives.
Redman transitioned to SELCO’s Commercial & Business Banking division in 2015 and has since risen quickly in the credit union. In 2022, she was named vice president, cash management officer of the division, and she was promoted again in 2023 to team leader.
“Jessica’s recognition as a finalist is a proud moment for all of us at SELCO,” said Mike Donaca, vice president of Commercial & Business Banking, in a statement. “Her leadership, creativity, and unwavering dedication make a meaningful difference every day — within our organization and throughout the business community. Jessica exemplifies what it means to lead with heart and vision, and this honor is a well-earned acknowledgment of her impact.”
Redman grew up in Bend and settled in Eugene after graduating from Oregon State University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. In addition to being a member of the Springfield Rotary, Redman serves on the Leadership Eugene-Springfield Steering Committee and is the college director for District XIV of Kappa Alpha Theta.
In her free time, she enjoys playing golf and exploring the Pacific Northwest with her husband, Carlos, and their two corgis.
