WAYCROSS, Ga. —The $416-million Southeastern Credit Union has named a new president and CEO.
The 24,300-member credit union said it has selected Jennifer B. Stasio to lead the organization effective with the year-end retirement of Mike Gudely. December 31, 2025 retirement of Mike Gudely.

“Jennifer and I are working on her transition, which will be effective, officially, Jan. 1, 2026,” Gudely said in a statement. “In the transition, I’m giving her most of the year end responsibilities I typically handle. I have withdrawn from decisions effecting anything after Dec. 31, 2025.”
Stasio is currently SVP/CFO with the credit union, where she has been for six years. Prior to coming to Southeastern, Stasio was the Controller at Pioneer Valley FCU.
Educational Background
She earned both an undergraduate degree and Master’s degree in Accounting. She maintains her status as a CPA. Stasio also recently graduated from the CUES CEO Institute.
Her experience also includes a stint in Public Accounting as an auditor.
“She is well qualified for this leadership role and I look forward to watching her continued success from the golf course,” said Gudely, who is moving back to North Carolina with his wife to be closer to family, which includes grandchildren, according to media reports.
