TACOMA, Wash. – TAPCO Credit Union has named Jessica Rein vice president of member experience.
Rein brings 19 years of credit union experience, focusing on operations, training, digital engagement and service. She previously served as branch operations manager at Kitsap Credit Union.
“We’re excited to welcome Jessica to TAPCO,” said President and CEO Justin Martin. “Her deep expertise in member experience, combined with her people-first leadership style, will help us continue delivering exceptional service that reflects our commitment to the communities we serve.”
Rein earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from Western Governors University. She will oversee initiatives to enhance the member experience across TAPCO’s branches, Contact Center and digital channels.
