Texas Trust CU’s Lluvia Diaz Named to 40 Under 40 Leadership Class

ARLINGTON, Texas –– Lluvia Diaz, a financial reporting analyst with Texas Trust Credit Union, has been inducted into the Greater Arlington Chamber of Commerce 2025 40 under 40 leadership class.

The 23-year old Diaz began working at Texas Trust as a teller in 2021 and has been promoted three times to her current role. She attended UTA and received here MBA degree earlier this year, after obtaining a degree in Business Management and Finance in 2023. Through the Texas Trust tuition reimbursement program, Diaz was able to attend school while working full-time and graduate debt-free. 

“Lluvia exemplifies leadership, courage, and a relentless drive to grow,” said Peggy Esparza, CFO of Texas Trust Credit Union. “She is a natural leader who accepts responsibility, seeks out challenges, and opportunities to grow and lead through industry and community involvement.”

“Diaz is just beginning her career and is already active in the credit union’s Political Advocacy Committee, where she engages with legislators at the state and federal level to champion financial literacy and other industry issues,” the credit union said.

She is also a member of the Greater Arlington Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals group and its networking and events subcommittee.

“To ensure Arlington’s bright future, it’s our responsibility to cultivate the next generation of business and community leaders,” Michael Jacobson, president & CEO of the Greater Arlington Chamber, said. “This program enables us to showcase these up-and-comers with everyone in greater Arlington.”

Diaz, a graduate of Arlington’s Juan Seguin High School, prioritizes serving the community by volunteering at Mission Arlington and various credit union-supported initiatives benefiting local charities and schools.
