HuLoop, CSI Partner on AI Automation for Banks
AUBURN, Calif., & PADUCAH, Ky.– HuLoop Automation and CSI said they have partnered to deliver AI-driven automation for institutions using CSI’s NuPoint Core Banking System.

HuLoop’s Work Intelligence Platform uses digital workers, or “Intelligent Agents,” to automate tasks while allowing human oversight.

“Community banks and credit unions are under pressure to grow without adding headcount,” said Todd Michaud, CEO of HuLoop.

Hanscom FCU Launches Digital Account Opening
BEDFORD, Mass.– BEDFORD, Mass.—Hanscom Federal Credit Union said it has launched a digital account opening platform powered by FintechOS 24 to streamline onboarding.

The platform allows members to open and fund accounts with fewer steps and integrates with Hanscom’s systems.

“This is a powerful example of how financial institutions can embrace innovation while keeping members at the center,” said Teo Blidarus, CEO of FintechOS.

Hanscom said future phases will extend the platform to branch and business account onboarding.

FORUM CU Expands Business Banking with Apiture
WILMINGTON, N.C.– WILMINGTON, N.C.—Apiture said FORUM Credit Union has completed implementation of its digital banking platform, including a business banking solution for 5,000 commercial members.

The system provides cash management, payments, fraud prevention and other tools for small and large business accounts. FORUM also deployed Apiture’s Data Intelligence to enhance engagement and marketing.

“With Apiture’s platform, we now have the features and insights to better serve existing members while attracting new businesses,” said Andy Mattingly, COO.

Apiture CEO Chris Babcock said the platform helps community institutions scale and compete.

LEVERAGE Partners With Pure IT, Tellerix, Spider Networks
TALLAHASSEE, Fla.—LEVERAGE, the service corporation for The League of Credit Unions & Affiliates, has announced partnerships with Pure ITTellerix and Spider Networks to expand technology services for credit unions.

Steve Willis, president of LEVERAGE, said the collaboration ensures credit unions have access to “the highest caliber of IT expertise and innovation.”

The partnerships join existing collaborations with Dynamic Quest and Pivot Group to strengthen LEVERAGE’s technology offerings, the company said.

Alkami Launches Digital Banking Conversion Toolkit
PLANO, Texas–Alkami Technology, Inc., a digital sales and service platform provider for financial institutions in the U.S., has announced the launch of its Digital Banking Conversion Toolkit, a resource hub designed to empower bank and credit union leaders through each stage of their digital banking conversion journey.

Mid-American CU Partners With My First Nest Egg
WICHITA, Kan.– Mid American Credit Union (MACU) said it is partnering with My First Nest Egg, a provider of youth financial education and a family-focused financial wellness platform.

“At home, families can use the chore and allowance app, interactive savings challenges, and goal-setting activities to make financial lessons practical and fun,” MACU said. “Parents gain tools to guide conversations about spending, saving, earning, and giving, while teens can engage with resources that prepare them for real-world financial decisions. The program also extends into schools, where teachers receive free access to curriculum-aligned lessons and printable activities. A Spanish version of the family website ensures more households across the community can benefit.”

The credit union said it already has more than 1,450 youth accounts.

The launch is supported by a Cornerstone Foundation Community Development Grant, which helps credit unions implement innovative financial literacy programs across their communities.
