Three People Are Permanenty Banned by NCUA From Working in CUs

ALEXANDRIA, Va.–NCUA has issued two consent orders and one prohibition notice, including to a former CEO, which permanently prohibit the individuals from participating in the affairs of any federally insured depository institution.

Consent Orders

Issued the prohibition order were:

  • Anh-Thu Nguyen, a former employee of Goldenwest Federal Credit Union in Ogden, Utah
  • Amber Grabill, a former employee of Merho Federal Credit Union in Johnstown, Penn.

Notice of Prohibition

Issued the Notice of Prohibition was:

  • Dorothy Ellis, the former CEO of St. John’s Buffalo Federal Credit Union in Buffalo, N.Y. The credit union is no longer active.
