BISMARCK, N.D.–Tiffany Barth was has been promoted to senior talent development specialist at Capital Credit Union.
As senior talent development specialist, Barth will support functions of human resources including design and delivery of various training programs, leadership needs assessments, employee professional development programs, culture building strategies, recruiting and onboarding, the credit union said.
Barth has six years of experience in human resources and has been with Capital Credit Union since 2014, most recently as senior human resources specialist.
She earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Mary in 2018.
