Velera Announces Plans to Move Headquarters in 2026

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla.–Velera has announced plans to move its headquarters across the causeway to Tampa, Fla. in 2026.

The company, created by the merger of PSCU and Co-op, said it will move to Sparkman Wharf and fill office space being vacated by Strategic Property Partners, which is moving to another location that is also on Water Street in Tampa. 

“Velera is thrilled to move our headquarters to Sparkman Wharf, an area that has gained national recognition as the heartbeat of Tampa and one of the fastest-growing tech hubs in the country,” Velera CEO Chuck Fagan said in a statement. “As a longtime member of the Tampa Bay business community, we look forward to leveraging the vibrancy of Water Street Tampa to enhance the experience and needs of our clients.”
