BAKERSFIELD, Calif.– Valley Strong Credit Union and AltaOne FCU are joining with Access+Capital to host a financial summit focused on expanding access to funding and resources for Kern County’s small businesses and nonprofit organizations.

According to the organizations, attendees will learn about:

• Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs)
• Lending and technical assistance services
• Capital and grant opportunities throughout Kern County.

 The summit will be held at Valley Strong CU’s offices in Bakersfield on June 12 and will run from 8 a.m. to noon.
