Central Williamette CU Names Cedric Bousquet as CFO

ALBANY, Ore.— Central Willamette Credit Union has named Cedric Bousquet to serve as its new CFO.  Bousquet, who was placed by DDJ Myers, brings more than two decades of industry experience to his new role. Most recently, he served as SVP-capital planning & modeling director for Umpqua Bank in Portland, Ore.

“I am honored to join the Central Willamette Credit Union team,” Bousquet said. “This not-for-profit financial cooperative has been serving its Oregon communities for 70 years. As CFO, I’m looking forward to working with Central Willamette’s impressive team to ensure the credit union continues to provide smart financial guidance from friendly people you can trust while innovating for an even stronger future.”

An American-French dual citizen, Bousquet earned his Master of Science in Management and Finance from Eklore-ed / Pau Business School (France) and a Certificate in Finance from the UC Berkeley Extension Program. Throughout his career, Bousquet has also served in various roles for Bank of the West and gained valuable experience as an international auditor for French bank Societe Generale.

“CWCU searched for a CFO with not only financial acumen but also the leadership to inspire our team and drive our strategy forward, we’re thrilled Cedric embodies both,” President & Chief Executive Officer Stacie Wyss-Schoenborn said in a statement. “Recruiting for a CFO is not just about managing numbers—it’s about finding a strategic partner who will help us shape the future of our organization. I’m confident Cedric is that partner.”

Bousquet shares Central Willamette’s passion for giving back to its local communities. He is an active member of several nonprofit boards, including serving as president for the Metro H.S. Ski League and board member of Oregon Interscholastic Ski Racing Association and Gales Creek Camp, the credit union said.

“The DDJ Myers team was a true pleasure to work with,” says Bousquet. “Their in-depth evaluation process and proactive communications helped ensure the best fit possible for both parties.”
