InterLutions Names Amy Pals as Client Services Manager

MILWAUKEE, Wis. – InterLutions, the nation’s fastest-growing employee benefits Credit Union Service Organization (CUSO), has named Amy Pals as its new client services manager.

In this key role, Pals will manage and administer InterLutions’ employee benefit solutions for Wisconsin credit unions, ensuring strong client support, high-quality service delivery, and continued regulatory compliance. As the I-Care brand and footprint continues to grow, this role will further strengthen InterLutions’ ability to provide industry-leading support and resources to credit union partners, InterLutions said.

“Amy brings a deep understanding of employee benefits and a passion for serving others,” said Sam Boore, director of operations. “Her experience across carriers, TPAs, and brokerage environments makes her an exceptional fit for our growing team and an invaluable resource for the credit unions we support.”

Pals joins InterLutions with more than 15 years of experience in the employee benefits industry. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin–River Falls with a double major in Speech and Marketing Communications, she has built a broad background in plan management, client service, compliance, and employee engagement.

“I’m excited to join Corporate Central and InterLutions because the ‘People Helping People’ mission aligns perfectly with my own service-driven approach,” said Pals. “I’m passionate about helping others, and I look forward to making a meaningful impact for our clients and colleagues.”

Outside of work, Pals enjoys golfing, gardening, snowshoeing, hiking, kayaking, and boating. She volunteers with her local Special Olympics chapter, assists with weekly yoga and cooking classes, and serves as vice president of her church board. She resides in Hudson, Wis., with her husband and their dog, Windsor, and has two grown children—one studying Packaging at UW–Stout and the other pursuing a career in well drilling.
