INDIANAPOLIS – Family Horizons CU has selected a new president/CEO to succeed Keith Wright, who retired at year-end. The $92-million Family Horizon has named Jamie Reed to lead the organization.
Reed joined Family Horizons in 2014 and has more than 20 years of experience, including retail operations, consumer lending, human resource management, compliance, and financial accounting. Before being promoted to chief operating officer in 2020, she was AVP-organizational development. She also served as the credit union’s BSA Compliance Officer for seven years.

Reed holds the executive certifications of Professional in Human Resources and Bank Secrecy Act Compliance Specialist, and has a bachelor’s degree in business from Asbury University. She earned her MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2013.
‘Solid Foundation’
“Keith has built a solid foundation, and it has been a pleasure to witness the credit union’s growth under his leadership,” Reed said in a statement. “I am grateful for the opportunity to serve our members with such an incredibly talented team,” Reed said. “I also appreciate the Board of Directors placing their trust in me, and I am excited to help lead Family Horizons into this new chapter!”
‘Privilege to Lead’
Wright has been with the credit union since 1995 and has served as its CEO/president for more than 23 years.
“It’s been a privilege to lead Family Horizons and I’m confident that Jamie is the right person to take the credit union forward,” Wright said in a statement. “She is a dynamic forward-thinking leader whose experience will facilitate continued success.”
