LAS VEGAS– One Nevada Credit Union has announced five promotions within its leadership team to better align roles and impact.
The changes include:
- Tom Ernsperger, formerly Executive Vice President/Chief Lending Officer, is now Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer. In this new role, he oversees the credit union’s retail branch network, Contact Center, Marketing, Consumer, Mortgage and Business Lending, as well as the credit union’s Member Investment, and Insurance areas.
- Mo Nemati, formerly Vice President of Lending, is now Senior Vice President of Lending.
- Ana Marquez, formerly Assistant Vice President of Retail Operations, is now Vice President of Member Experience, a newly created position that will support strategic enhancements across all member service channels.
- Jennifer Chambers, formerly Director of Retail Operations (Contact Center), is now Assistant Vice President of Retail Operations (Contact Center)
- Jennifer Sayegh, formerly Contact Center Manager, is now Contact Center Director.
