Tiffany Bock, Vice President of Call Center

Bock joined MSU Federal Credit Union in 2007 and now leads the Credit Union’s Call Center as Vice President. She oversees a team of more than 100 employees committed to delivering exceptional member experiences. With more than 20 years of credit union expertise and a solid foundation in member service, Bock continues to focus on advancing a seamless omnichannel service model that blends innovative digital tools with meaningful human interactions. She drives the strategic direction and operational performance of the Call Center with a strong focus on service excellence and continuously elevating the member journey.

Amber Hill, Vice President of eServices and Video Services

Hill has been a dedicated leader at MSUFCU since 2013, bringing a strong foundation in customer service and significant experience supporting call center operations. In her new role, Hill will support the eServices, Video Services, and Personal Services teams leading transformative, member-focused initiatives that strengthen digital engagement and elevate service excellence across the organization. Her previous experience within the Credit Union reinforces her strategic insight and commitment to delivering exceptional member experiences.

Kara Maxey, Vice President of Member Lending

Maxey joined MSU Federal Credit Union in 2010 and currently serves as Vice President of Member Lending. In this role, she leads the organization’s loan origination strategy, focusing on driving sustainable loan growth, ensuring regulatory compliance and achieving key sales and performance objectives. Maxey and her team are committed to delivering superior member service and personalized guidance, connecting members with the right lending solutions and supporting products that generate loan origination growth.

Elizabeth Nagy, Credit Risk Operations Manager

Nagy joined the Credit Union in 2019 and has held roles within both Member Services and Credit Risk. She now serves as the Credit Risk Operations Manager, where she leads the organization’s efforts in processing credit disputes, garnishments, levies, and a broad portfolio of credit reporting responsibilities. Throughout her tenure, Nagy has demonstrated a strong commitment to operational excellence and regulatory integrity. Her leadership emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and consistent service delivery, ensuring that all credit‑related processes meet organizational standards and align with industry requirements.
